A former touring musician with over 20 years of industry experience in tour and artist management, talent buying, and promotion, Phil brings a deep understanding of both the creative and financial sides of the business. Known for his dedication and ability to elevate every role he’s taken on, Phil now channels that same passion into helping artists grow, thrive, and focus on their craft.
